Judgment affirmed for Village of Glencoe

In a per curiam ruling by the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals, a District Court judgment entered in favor of the Village of Glencoe and one of its officers was affirmed. The panel found that plaintiff’s challenge to his criminal conviction for domestic battery was barred by the Rooker-Feldman doctrine and that it was filed beyond the two-year statute of limitations.

The appeal was deemed frivolous and we are seeking to recover costs for the Village of Glencoe. We appreciate the valued assistance from the Village of Glencoe is achieving this result.
